Shopping and Buying Online with the Best 100 Sites.

I love shopping malls. I like the antique malls where you go in and there are 50 different stores in one building. I love to go to the mall, get a drink and watch people. But, I don't like the excessive walking, especially around the holidays. So, I feel just like I have died and gone to Heaven when I first became acquainted with online shopping. I love searching for items and then hopefully getting a discount. Not having to get in my car and fight the traffic is a big plus for me. The more pictures and information online stores have, the better.

I like to be able to "just about" touch the item online. I look for any guarantees; for a return policy and if I can I will use PayPal. I love PayPal. It is so easy to use and I feel more secure financially when using my account and doing shopping through one location. If it is not clear as to the details of the product I want and I cannot get more information from the site, I don't buy.

So, I recommend you give it a try. And when shopping online, don't forget about your creative juices. Don't have any? That is hard to believe. I recommend you stop by and visit Squidoo. Just one year ago, would you have believed that an unelected government official, not even a Cabinet member confirmed by the Senate but simply one of the many "czars" appointed by the President, could arbitrarily cut the pay of executives in private businesses by 50 percent or 90 percent?

Did you think that another "czar" would be talking about restricting talk radio? That there would be plans afloat to subsidize newspapers-- that is, to create a situation where some newspapers' survival would depend on the government liking what they publish?

Did you imagine that anyone would even be talking about having a panel of so-called "experts" deciding who could and could not get life-saving medical treatments?

Scary as that is from a medical standpoint, it is also chilling from the standpoint of freedom. If you have a mother who needs a heart operation or a child with some dire medical condition, how free would you feel to speak out against an administration that has the power to make life and death decisions about your loved ones?

Surging US deficit under scrutiny

WASHINGTON — The staggering fiscal deficit plaguing President Barack Obama's administration comes under focus Tuesday as the White House and a financial scrutiny arm of Congress provide new government budget estimates and updated economic forecasts.

The White House Office of Management and Budget will release at 9:30 am (1330 GMT) Tuesday the mid-term review of the federal government budget for fiscal year 2010 beginning October 1, the OMB said in a statement Monday.

The Congressional Budget Office, a statutory watchdog which plays a critical support role to lawmakers by providing cost estimates, said it would give its own update on the budget and economic outlook about half an hour after the White House released its report.

The White House is expected to project a further increase of two trillion dollars in its 10-year budget deficit forecast even as it trims the current budget estimates, Obama administration officials said.

The projected streak of red ink could further push up national debt levels as the nation reels from an economic crisis and adds pressure on Obama to scale back his ambitious healthcare overhaul plan.

Oppose Abortion As A Government Mandate

Freedom of Choice for some is not Freedom of Choice for others!

All Americans will be affected by Government Abortion Mandate. If this mandate passes in its current state, it will affect many individuals and organizations. Faith-based companies and hospitals, churches, pro-life organizations will be require to include abortion coverage in their insurance plans. No one should be forced to contribute to an act that they do not believe is morally viable. Where is "freedom of choice" for those who do not want this forced upon them?

I do not believe taxpayers or private insurance companies should be required to fund abortion. Outside of a true risk to a mother's life, I do not believe an abortion is justifiable. Therefore, I believe Americans should not have to pay taxes to support such a despicable act; the taking of life. We have loving people in American who want to adopt these babies and I feel this is the only option to protect God's creation.

It is not the government's job to provide funding for the mis-guided, and irresponsible actions of people. Where is the responsibility for self, or accountability to family and society? Government should not be in the business of rewarding people for their bad choices.

Secondly, the cost to the American taxpayer alone is truly unthinkable and a drain to the economy. Abortion is a big money maker for doctors and family planning clinics. This is evident from the large monies that are being generated. Lobbying groups now are spending $1.4 million a day on health care reform legislation. Cost of current proposals estimate at $1.6 trillion over 10 years. Our current Administration is aggressively pushing for speedy approval in Congress.

For the sake of millions of unborn babies, please contact your Representatives in Washington and tell them you do not want to see a government mandated abortion coverage plan in health care reform.

The Hondurans have a democracy similar to that of America. They have three houses of government, and a "CONSTITUTION". The removal of the wanna-be dictator was, totally and in all ways legal. The Honduran Government had absolute authority to present its case to their Supreme Court (which is the entity that gave the final approval). They did...they won...the wanna-be dictator lost! The man President Obama has chosen to be his science czar once advocated a shocking approach to the "population crisis" feared by scientists at the time: namely, compulsory abortions in the U.S. and a "Planetary Regime" with the power to enforce human reproduction restrictions.

Barack Obama promised that he won't raise taxes on anyone making less than $250,000 a year. He neglected to mention that this tax exemption will go only to those who don't use electricity, gasoline, heating oil, or natural gas.

The truth of the matter is that Obama will raise taxes on practically all middle-class Americans. But that's not all; in addition to new taxes on all those necessities (just think of all the appliances in your home that use electricity), he will drastically reduce our standard of living.

Obama warned during his campaign in Oregon that we can no longer keep our homes set at 72 degrees (warmed in the winter and cooled in the summer), eat whatever foods we want (if, like meat and milk products, they come from cows that have to be fed), and drive SUVs (to accommodate our family and friends). He said we cannot continue to consume 25 percent of the world's resources when we have only 4 percent of the world's population.

But why not? Americans have built a free-enterprise, private-property, rule-of-law, respect-for-contracts, innovation-receptive society that has enabled us to enjoy the highest standard of living in the world. We designed it by adoption of our unique and long-lasting U.S. Constitution, we worked for it and we paid for it, so why can't we enjoy the fruits of our labor?

This increase in our taxes and decrease in our standard of living is being sold under the slogan "cap and trade," which means giving the government the power to put a cap on the amount of carbon emissions (CO2) produced by the production of electricity, gasoline, and heating oil, and forcing businesses to buy permits for the emissions they are allowed. The process should be called "cap and tax": a cap in our standard of living, and a tax (an increase in cost) on our use of products whose manufacture emits CO2.

The Obama administration hopes that increased energy costs will force us to shift away from the use of fossil fuels to various alternatives. To nuclear plants? The left won't tolerate that. To windmills and solar panels to capture wind and sun? They now provide less than 1 percent of our energy, so the gain won't be much even if we double or triple the output. To "clean coal technology"? More likely, cap and trade would just kill the coal industry.

People, people wake up! Government run health care? It cannot be done. Has anyone asked lately what happen to the 2.3 trillion dollars that the Department of Defense (black budget or black hole) could not account for for the fiscal year 1999? Or, what about the 1.7 trillion in 1998. And for fiscal year 2000, they reported a 1.1 trillion dollar loss.

We identified deficiencies in internal controls and accounting systems related to

The American people cannot afford to continue dumping more dollars (i.e. health care) on top of existing bad dollars (i.e Dept. of Defense waste). It has proven not to work. ACORN Wants To Reinvent Itself

WHY would any legitimate corporation want to change its name? The name ACORN, and its symbol, the acorn, seems friendly enough. It costs a lot of money to make the change, i.e., re-register, change logos, change publications, paperwork, attorney fees on and on. BUT, if you wanted to get rid of a bad image, name change is the way to go. But, it probably doesn't have anything to do with the fact that the founder, Wade Rathke's, covered up his brother's $1 million embezzlement from ACORN's accounting and financial services arm

ACORN is a parent company for over 270 organizations and unions spread internationally. However, all the funding received is filtered through Citizen Consulting Incorporated. I believe it would only be fair to have ACORN and CCI investigated since in does interact with so many affiliates and a large portion of ACORN's funds (more than $53 million has been awarded) come from the taxpayers. The eight members of ACORN-8 sure want to know and I feel they have a right to know.

An amendment offered up for discussion by Congressman Steve King (Rep IA), was crushed by the Democrats. According to the Congressman King's Web site: King introduced an amendment to keep the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) out of the 2010 Census, effectively barring taxpayer dollars in the bill provided to the Census Bureau from being disbursed to ACORN. King also introduced an amendment that would bar any taxpayer dollars in the bill from being provided to ACORN. Citizens Against Government Waste concur with his sentiment. However, I don't hold out much hope for any real action toward ACORN unless more taxpayers complain to Congress because of ACORN's relationship with President Obama.

Be sure to watch to see who will be handling the bulk of the 2010 census? Just remember that new name, Community Organizations International.

"I absolutely believe the internet is passing from its free days into a paid system," he told the Advertising 2.0 conference in New York this week.

Mr Diller said the paid model would include subscriptions, one-time purchases for access to sites and micro-payments.

But not all agree. "That's quite a prediction," said Neil Ackland, managing director of the Sound Alliance Group, the largest independent online publisher in Australia. Its niche music and lifestyle sites — such as FasterLouder, SameSame and Mess+Noise — attract 500,000 unique hits a month.

SECOND AMENDMENT UNDER SIEGE AGAIN

Ken Blackwell's article (at the Fox Forum) of May 26, "Obama Declares War On American's Gun Owners With Supreme Court Pick", only emphasizes where our country is headed if America doesn't react soon! Maybe it is time for some amendments to our state constitutions.

As Ken referenced, regarding a statement made by Sotomayor on states rights, "According to Judge Sotomayor, if your state or city bans all guns the way Washington, D.C. did, that’s okay under the Constitution".

That's not okay with me. It is not okay with most Americans. We have a struggle on our hands with this one. She is showing all signs of a non-Constitutionalist; most conservatives, I am sure, will agree. I believe Ken is right on target when he says, "But when it comes to gun rights, we don’t need to guess. Judge Sotomayor has put in writing what she thinks. President Obama has nominated a radically anti-Second Amendment judge to be our newest Supreme Court justice. Question is, where do we go from here?

JUDGE SONIA SOTOMAYOR NOT THE RIGHT PICK



Enough with the judges who want to make law instead of interpret law. I am not impressed with Judge Sotomayor's flippant remark when she referred to "judges making policy". How arrogant and disrespectful of the position of Appellate Court Justice! That's strike one.

Secondly, her ridiculous ruling against the white firefighters in New Haven, Connecticut, who were discriminated against because the city felt blacks were not being given equal chance for
promotion.
What was the city's "mind set" prior to the test being established? Seems the city should have been called to task; not penalize the employees. Strike two!

Thirdly, her comments at the University of California, in which she, "hopes that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life”, was clearly racists. Strike three.

And you know what happens on strike three? You're out! Oh, but wait a minute. This is not baseball, this is the Obama Administration!

The liberal House Leadership has scheduled a floor vote on H.R. 1913, the Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2009, for this Wednesday, April 29th. Sponsored by Rep. John Conyers (D-MI), H.R. 1913 will make a hate crime -- a crime in which the victim is intentionally selected based on his or her race, religion, ethnicity, gender, etc. -- a federal offense.

The bill seeks to accomplish this by mandating federal criminal prosecution for state offenses, with the possibility of life imprisonment, for crimes motivated by the "actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability of any person." H.R. 1913 will also establish homosexual and transgender persons as a protected class of victims by adding the words "sexual orientation" and "gender identity" to Title 18 of the U.S. criminal code.

Make no mistake, H.R 1913 is a dangerous and unprecedented proposal which will transform the criminal justice system and threaten religious liberty:
Violates the First Amendment by infringing upon the constitutional guarantees of religious expression and freedom of speech.
Violates the Fourteenth Amendment by deliberately compromising the principle of equal protection under the law for all Americans.
Seeks to silence and punish all opposing viewpoints.
Targets those who hold traditional beliefs on homosexuality.
Grants more government protection to certain classes of people, particularly homosexuals.
A typical tactic of the LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender) groups is to distort and exaggerate FBI statistics to their benefit. In 2007, there were 1,521 victims of "sexual orientation" bias, however, 335 of these were incidents of "intimidation," also known as shouting or name-calling. 448 of these crimes were "simple assault," defined as pushing or shoving without physical injury, with 242 of the crimes being aggravated assault, defined as bodily harm. So, in a nation with 300 million people, there were only 242 "violent" crimes committed against homosexuals, bisexuals, or drag queens in 2007.

There's A Tea Party Brewing!


Americans are tead!

Are you fed up with high taxes, 3.6 trillion budget, mismanaged government, tax cheats; well, maybe it is time for another tea party. Remember the one in 1773? You may have read about it when you were in school; the Boston Tea Party. Then again, maybe not. Let me refresh your memory. A group of colonist in Boston were showing their protest against the British government. On December 16, (just happens to be my wedding anniversary) after officials in Boston refused to return three shiploads of taxed tea to Britain, a group of colonists boarded the ships and destroyed the tea by throwing it into Boston Harbor. Well, we probably don't want to go to a harbor and dump tea, but sending a few "tags" from tea bags to Washington, D.C., might be good for starters! Don't send the whole bag as it probably will not make it past security! Now, if you're not sure this applies to you, then you might want to listen to Thomas Paine. You remember Thomas Paine don't you? He was fighting for what he believed in.

Senator Boxer Pushes to Ratify UN Treaty.

This post is for all you lucky folks in California who have to deal with Senator Barbara Boxer’s thinking. I guess she doesn't have enough important things to do so she dug up a nearly 20-year old international agreement that she wants ratified.


The United Nations Treaty (Chapter IV: Human Rights) is meant to expand the rights of children. This is a dangerous treaty. It does nothing to secure human rights: as it is almost impossible to control criminals and the criminally insane. It does more to put restrictions on parental rights. Don't get me wrong. I am all for protecting human rights. I am a mother and grandmother. But I am also one who believes that the rights of the parent(s) to raise his or her child are first and foremost.

This treaty, if ratified by the United States, will usurp our own Constitution. It would supercede U.S. sovereignty! This is a ploy for those who want to push International Law when interpreting our Constitution, such as we hear from Justice Anthony Kennedy. And, as far as protecting girls who Sen. Boxer feels we should do, via her quote, "...look around the world and see these girls that are having acid thrown in their faces," well, the UN agreement will not affect Islamic Sharia law. The article referenced above mentions that acid attacks on girls continue in Afghanistan, which is already party to the convention. Once again, bad people do not honor laws or treaties. I wish she would get hot for something that would protect our borders. At the very least, she should stop supporting San Francisco's policy of being a "sanctuary city".

WHAT IS HAPPENING TO OUR GOVERNMENT?

According to comments made by Attorney General Holder on February 25, the new administration would like to make "just a few gun-related changes". One would be to re-institute the ban on the sale of assault weapons. Holder claims it would help cut down on the flow of guns going across the border into Mexico. He also states it would have a positive effect on Mexico. Who is he kidding? Gun smugglers are not going to abide by the laws. The Mexican drug cartels will get their guns anyway they see fit. They have the money and/or clout to purchase or take what they want. Blaming the United States for being a major cause of the crime along the border, because we have availability of sophisticated guns, is crazy. I would like to see blame placed where it belongs; at the feet of our US Government for not controlling our borders and the Mexican Government for not controlling theirs.

It appears our government wants American citizens to end up like Mexico, where they say it's virtually impossible to buy a firearm in Mexico as a private citizen. I do not want to see that happen in American.

People wake up! The Declaration of Independence was written to provide for a way for citizens to protect themselves from a "runaway" government. The second paragraph of the Declaration of Independence wasn't written to sound pretty! It states, "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness." The Second Amendment in the Constitution protects our right as citizens to bear arms (A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed).

The ATF, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, is trying to hang the blame for the flow of guns across the border on private citizens, gun stores and gun shows. The government wants to penalize the same people who abide by the rules that the criminals continuously break. The suggested changes will not stop the problems occurring at the border. Could it be that it is designed to suppress the American people? I believe the rights of we Americans are being infringed upon.

We Don't Need Hate Crime Legislation


Is this really the kind of change you want? President Obama believes you need this.

Hate begets hate! There are already laws on the books that, when enforced, would take care of prosecuting and punishing people who commit crimes (violent or otherwise) against other people. Why is it necessary to put a specific label on those crimes, such as hate, when those crimes happen to be perpetrated against all groups of people. It shouldn't matter whether it is against a white man or white woman, black man or black woman, the Irish, Jew, old person, young person, etc. Respect for life is what should rule. All life has value and all human life should be treated equal.

I say, adding the "hate" element only adds fuel to the fire. As it stands now, if one doesn't follow along in the belief of the lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgender/transsexual (LGBT) agenda (called civil rights by President Obama), then one is guilty of hate! President Obama is dead wrong and his position is an insult to all that Martin Luther King fought for--true civil rights. What hate crime law truly should be called is an infringement on freedom of speech and freedom of thought.

We are headed down a very dark path as Americans if we allow our government to punish us for our thinking and expression of speech. It has become a crime to express our opinion, our feelings as to whether or not we like, support, or dislike how another person believes. If one believes that a particular act is offensive to them, they should be able to state that fact without being punished. Government cannot effectively legislate "hate" anymore than they can stop people from shooting people by legislating the banning of guns. Those individuals who don't go by the rules will have their guns and will still kill people. You cannot legislate morality of thought. You can only legislate morality of action.

A Right to Bear Arms


Recently a friend sent me an e-mail with probably one of the most important videos I have ever viewed. I will call it, The Real Meaning of the Second Amendment.

Dr. Suzanna Gratia-Hupp is a former Republican member of the Texas House of Representatives (1997-2007) and a doctor of chiropractic. On October 16, 1991, Suzanna 's life changed forever. Having lunch with her parents at a cafeteria in Texas, she witnessed a shooting rampage perpetrated by a mad man driving his truck through the building. He continues the shooting rampage killing 23, wounding 20 and then committing suicide. Due to Texas law, Suzanna had left her gun in her car and when she needed it the most could not protect herself or her family.

In the video, Dr. Hupp testified to Congress defending her right to bear arms and defending the Second Amendment. The video, in the link given above, speaks for itself (click on A Right To Bear Arms).

Hupp is quoted as having said, "How a politician stands on the Second Amendment tells you how he or she views you as an individual... as a trustworthy and productive citizen, or as part of an unruly crowd that needs to be lorded over, controlled, supervised, and taken care of."

Dr. Gratia-Hupp is co-founder of the Civil Liberties Defense Foundation, a non-profit legal foundation dedicated to providing educational information relating to the preservation of civil liberties guaranteed by the Bill of Rights to the United Constitution and to providing legal services to protect those rights. She is married to Greg Hupp, who has served as her campaign manager. They have two sons, Alexander and Ethan.

VOTER FRAUD OR THEY JUST CAN'T COUNT!


Send Al Franken to Washington? What is going on in our Country?

According the the Wall Street Journal of January 5, there is funny business going on in Minnesota. One minutes Al Franken is behind 215 votes and then he is ahead 225. Once he was a man who wanted to count every vote, now he doesn't. It was mentioned that under Minnesota law, election officials are required to make a duplicate ballot if the original is damaged during Election Night counting. I can see a few damaged ballots here and there. But what is going on when a large portion of precincts have the same problem to the point of such large double counting. Why 25 precincts having more ballots than voters? Can't those working the polls COUNT? Or, do we have voter fraud?

Why does there appear to be a problem with so many candidates? Can't we find any honest people to run for office? And Obama is in favor of Al Franken. According to Obama, he along with Biden and Franken will make a great team for the change this country needs. I see disaster; the kind you see if you watch a The 3 Stooges movie.

Associate Justice Clarence Thomas



He appears to be misunderstood by many. In my opinion, Clarence Thomas needs to be given more credit then he gets. He may be stubborn, private, very independent thinker, but I believe he understands and interprets the US Constitution as it was meant to be.

His book, My Grandfather's Son, is truly an inspiring story and gives an excellent insight about the man, his beliefs, how he views the Constitution as he does, racism, affirmative action and much more.

Looking To Become A Giant Squid.



Do you know about Squidoo? If you like to write, creating lenses is a fun way to go and you can earn some extra cash as well. You can use them to promote a book, product or unique idea.

This lens has been established so that my friends and family can easily find my lenses. It is a quick review as to my accomplishments. It will help me to have an "at a glance" review of the variety and hopefully keep me motivated toward trying new topics.

I have decided to have fun with lenses first and then be concerned secondly about the success of my lenses. I am planning on using Sandy's Lenses as a palette for setting up ideas for future lenses as well. I am not sure about other lensmasters, but I have to write my ideas down and right now they are in a couple of places. At Sandy's Lenses, I will be able to just stop by, open a write/text module and put down my ideas.

Obama Has Links to ANOTHER '60s Radical

Barack Obama has consistently sought to distance himself from former domestic terrorist Bill Ayers. But it’s a different story with another student radical from the 1960s — Marilyn Katz — who is actually on Obama’s fundraising team.

Katz, a public relations executive in Chicago, serves on Obama’s national finance committee. She is listed as a fundraising “bundler” on his Web site, has hosted fundraisers for the candidate, and attended the Democratic Convention as part of the Illinois delegation.

But during the violent protests of the 1968 Democratic National Convention in Chicago, Katz was the security chief for the radical Students for a Democratic Society (SDS), which spawned Ayers and the Weather Underground.

During those protests, Katz advocated throwing studded nails in front of police cars, the Chicago Tribune reported.

In 1969, an undercover policeman named William Frapolly testified at the “Chicago Seven” trials, and prosecutors asked him to describe his collaboration with organizers of the protest the previous year.

He testified that one night in Chicago’s Lincoln Park, Katz briefed a group of protesters on the use of “guerilla nails.”

“She had two types,” he told the court.

“One was a cluster of nails that were sharpened at both ends, and they were fastened in the center. It looked like they were welded or soldered. She said these were good for throwing or putting underneath tires.

“She showed another set that was the same type of nails sharpened at both ends, but they were put through a Styrofoam cylinder.”

A prosecutor asked, “To whom was she showing these objects?”

Frapolly answered, “Everyone in the group.”

Katz was a principal organizer of the October 2002 anti-war demonstration in Chicago where Obama first expressed his opposition to the looming Iraq war.

In 2005, she co-authored the book “Stopping War, Seeking Justice” along with longtime Marxist and Obama supporter Carl Davidson.

Now she is co-chair of Chicagoans Against War & Injustice, and her public relations firm is working on contracts with the city of Chicago worth millions of dollars. She lists as her clients the city’s housing authority, law department, and departments of housing, human services, streets and sanitation, and public health, among others.

As for her relationship with Ayers, who admitted helping to bomb the U.S. Capitol and the Pentagon in the 1970s, the Tribune reported that she has said, “Bill and I were in different parts of SDS. We disagreed on tactics.”

Guy Benson wrote on Townhall.com about Obama’s Katz connection: “There are so many objectionable figures in Obama’s social milieu, new revelations about yet another garden variety radical may elicit shrugs at this point . . .

“Perhaps it follows that someone who preferred lobbing guerilla nails at police over planting pipe bombs in federal buildings would be integrated into Obama’s official campaign apparatus without so much as a second look.”

OBAMA'S HIGH PROJECTED EXPECTATIONS FALLING?



It appears that Obama is getting ready to prepare his supporters with a dose of reality! According to Tim Reid, The Times of London, "Barack Obama's senior advisers have drawn up plans to lower expectations for his presidency if he wins next week's election, amid concerns that many of his euphoric supporters are harboring unrealistic hopes of what he can achieve.

The sudden financial crisis and the prospect of a deep and painful recession have increased the urgency inside the Obama team to bring people down to earth, after a campaign in which his soaring rhetoric and promises of "hope" and "change" are now confronted with the reality of a stricken economy."

Are we conservatives surprised? No. The hand writing was on the wall. Barack Obama has and still is very good at "stretching or distorting" what isn't. Promise them anything as long as they are willing to hear it and buy into it! Notice what the quote above says, "...drawing up plans to lower expectations for his presidency if he wins..." Another "let's not give them too much bad truth now but wait until I've got the position locked in." Folks, this is the true colors of Barack Obama.

We all have expectations. The dictionary states that the word expectation means: a strong belief that something will happen or be the case in the future. However, along with expectations we must weigh it against reality. Obama's expectations have over shot reality with too much hype. The reality is that there is not enough money to do all the things Obama has told the American people he will do. And, he told them this knowingly. Simple as that. Now, once again, he wants to change his "speech and his direction" so people will more likely accept the truth when it hits them after the election. He is for change alright. He is for changing his story to fit his need.

Wake up America.

About eight years ago, while researching the astonishing rise of homosexual-positive programs and curricula in schools, I came across a book called "Queering Elementary Education: Advancing the Dialogue about Sexualities and Schooling" by William J. Letts IV and James T. Sears.

It's a collection of essays by radicals in the teaching profession, who believe adults and small children must be taught to "think queerly." The book's foreword was written by Kevin Jennings, then president of the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network, or GLSEN, whose core mission is to convince as many troubled kids as possible to declare themselves homosexual and start "gay" clubs in their schools, assisted by activist on-site teachers and the ACLU, and unopposed by clueless school boards.

What jumped off the back cover of this book was the name of one of its endorsers: William Ayers of the University of Illinois at Chicago. I remembered Bill Ayers' name from the 60s bomb-throwing group, the Weathermen. At the time, that was all his name meant to me.

Will William Ayers be Secretary of Education in a Barack Obama Administration? All parents should ponder that possibility before making their choice for President on November 4.

After all, Ayers is a friend of Obama, and Professor Ayers's expertise is training teachers and developing public school curriculum. That's been his mission since he gave up planting bombs in government buildings (including the U.S. Capitol and the Pentagon) and assaulting police officers.

Ayers brashly admitted that he was "guilty as hell" in planting bombs in the 1970s, and that he has no regrets and feels that he and his Weather Underground associates "didn't do enough." After successfully avoiding trial and prison because of legal technicalities, he picked up his Ph.D. at Columbia Teachers College for a second career, landing a tenured job as Distinguished Professor of Education at the University of Illinois in Chicago.

Ayers's political views are as radical now as they were in the 1970s. "Viva President Chavez!" he exclaimed in a speech in Venezuela in 2006, in which he also declared, "education is the motor-force of revolution."

From his prestigious and safe university position, Ayers has been teaching teachers and students in rebellion against American capitalism and what he calls "imperialism" and "oppression." The code words for the Ayers curriculum are "social justice," a "transformative" vision, "critical pedagogy," "liberation," "capitalist injustices," "critical race theory," "queer theory," and of course multiculturalism and feminism.

Why The Left Can't Get It Right


Once in a while you come across an article that you must share and this one from Mark Alexander is such an article. Mark is executive editor and publisher of The Patriot Post, the Web's "Conservative Journal of Record". He talks about why people select certain candidates or issues, pointing out an interesting analogy as to whether you are making a choice as a liberal or conservation. It seems some "feel" their way to ideas or principles and some "think" their way. How do you make your selection? And, if you should be a liberal, well, sorry. Enjoy the read.

Ask liberals about some manifestation of their worldview -- for example, why they support charlatans like Barack Hussein Obama, Hillary Rodham Clinton, Albert Arnold Gore, John Forbes Kerry, et al., and they often predicate their response with, "Because I feel..."

Ask conservatives about what they believe, or why they do or don't support John McCain, and they invariably predicates their response with, "Because I think..."

It has always been easier to "feel" rather than "think," and that is why our national culture, and by extension, national politics (see Democrat Party Platforms) reflect only the most rudimentary remnants of the guiding principles established by our Founders. Of course, though Republican Party Platforms are more consistent with our Founding principles, Ronald Reagan was the last Republican president to stand firmly in support of those principles.

WILL ACORN TAKE THE ELECTION?


WAKE UP AMERICA. Voters out there on Main Street, we need to call our individual Secretary of State officials to ensure the appropriate steps are being taken to stop voter registration by ACORN until a complete investigation is held. VOTER FRAUD


This year seems to be the year for political tragedies. Americans had to accept the "bailout" from Congress, however, not by its own standards but with "earmarks"! And, if that's not enough to frost your banana, add the excitement of voter fraud. Over the years I have seen some articles and few news reports about voter fraud, but nothing like this year...WOW! There are folks out on the Internet that say there is very little to it. They are not watching or reading the same news I am.

Things are a little squirrely for me. The ACORN group is at it again. They are stiring up "voter fraud" news in about ten states across the nation. And if that is not enough, there is the linking of Obama with ACORN and linking ACORN with Fannie and Freddie. It seems that there is enough talk for investigation, I believe, since ACORN receives money from us generous taxpayers.

$700 Billion Rescue?

When they say $700 Billion.....take it with a grain of salt. Remember the National Debt? The clock says around 9 Trillion. Of course most of us know it is closer to 53 Trillion. So, is it possible they under estimated? Sure, or is it just another lie?

It seems the Democrats are pushing for earmark$ again. In an Yahoo news article by Julie Hirschfelt Davis, associated press writer, "Democrats are pushing to allow bankruptcy judges to rewrite mortgages to ease the burden on consumers who are facing foreclosure — a nonstarter for Republicans." Do they want to encourage more abuse?

She continues to say, "Democrats also want any potential proceeds the government reaps from the bailout to go to a fund designed to pay for housing for poor families. Many Republicans oppose the very existence of the fund, which they say is a backdoor means of funneling money to liberal political groups." It seems like the Democrats just can't keep from re-allocating other people's money. And they wonder why We the People are "up in arms" about this. I feel the Federal Government is too quick to push for a "solution" to an extremely big problem. I also believe most Americans feel that congress is going to screw this up no matter what the out come is. How can We the People be sure the money will be used appropriately.....since it hasn't been in the past?

ACLU Hits RI Governor With Lawsuit on Immigration.

Once again, the ACLU is usurping its authority by filing legal action to block RI governor from doing his job to protect his state from the stresses and strains that illegal immigration is causing.  It appears the state needs help not punishment (lawsuit causing dollars back to the ACLU). Judicial Supremacy

There are three branches of government contained within The US Constitution: legislative, executive and judicial. These three brances were designed with checks and balances so that each branch can serve as a continuing check on the others. The judicial, I believe, is out of balance.
Phyllis Schlafly, in her book The Supremacists The Tyranny of Judges and How To Stop It, states, "The U.S. Constitution vests "all" legislative powers in the Congress. That means no legislative powers are granted to the courts. Yes, over the past fifty years, judges have become increasingly activist--legislating from the bench, and writing their own policies and attitudes into the law. In the latter half of the twentieth century, some of our most far-reaching social, economic and political decisions have been made by judges rather than by our elected representatives."

Battle Over Constitutional Theories in the 2008 Elections



Phyllis Schlafly of EagleForum.Org, has helped many become aware of the re-writing of the US Constitution by judges via her book The Supremacists The Tyranny of Judges and How to Stop It. Phyllis clearly shows us how judges undermind US sovereignty, promote pornography, censor acknowledgment of God, interfer with elections, grow judicial supremacy and more. While visiting EagleForum, I ran across an excellent article regarding constitutional theories by Virginia Armstrong. It is well worth reading. I have started the article here for you.

In the days of sixteenth and seventeenth century Kings, the King wrote the law, interpreted the law and judged the people. His decision was final and unquestionable.
The Reconstructionists want to act very much like a King when it comes to the U.S. Constitution. As I recall, we came to this country to relieve ourselves of the burdens imposed on the people by various European Kings, not the least of which was King George III of England.
All of the lands of the Earth, are already claimed by somebody. So there is no "New World" to escape to. If we want justice, accordingly to the Constitution, we have to adopt the Constitutionalists interpretation of the U.S. Constitution. To adopt the Reconstructionists point of view is the equivalent of returning to the law of the Kings.)

The Battle over Constitutional Theories in the 2008 Elections

Oliver Wendell Holmes, Associate Justice of the U. S. Supreme Court (1902-1932), declared that, "Theory is the most important part of the dogma of the law, as the architect is the most important man who takes part in the building of a house." The theories that Supreme Court justices espouse produce the egregious decisions and doctrines of Reconstructionist cases, including the Roe and Casey decisions which we have been analyzing for several months.


Talking Points
Reconstructionist constitutional theory diametrically opposes Constitutionalist constitutional theory; and we must understand these theories in order to evaluate adequately, not only judicial decisions, but the theories held by candidates in the 2008 elections. Questions of constitutional theories have permeated, not just American law, but American culture in general. Therefore, all patriots need at least a cursory understanding of the opposing constitutional theories in today's Culture War. Three very broad and fundamental issues divide Constitutionalists from Reconstructionists. We shall summarize the three issues and then offer a view of the advocates of each theory concerning these issues.

The elder Peterson believed in making charitable donations, his son said, even if his children didn't have new bicycles or the family a new car. He also invested heavily in his children's education, sending young Peter to Northwestern University.

Today Peter G. Peterson, 82, says his distinguished career in the public and private sectors started with the values his father passed on, including hard work, love of country and a willingness to sacrifice to serve others.

He has committed up to $1 billion to promote a campaign that will take center stage in Omaha on Thursday: reversing the buildup of public debt, correcting the imbalance of foreign trade, improving Americans' savings practices and finding the political will to make tough decisions.

JULY 4 - Time For Tea


The American people came out on July 4 to protest high taxes and run-a-way government spending. From 11:00 till 2:00 p.m., citizens of Ventura, CA came out to show their support for less taxes and less government interference. As a spectator and one who attended the first Ventura Tea Party, I would say we doubled the turnout of patriots.

All across the country the signs, flags and banners that were carried at the tea parties showed the position that the American people are taking toward its government. They are mad and they are not going to take it anymore!
